1-2 packages chicken breast cutlets
1 box Italian panko bread crumbs
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese,
1 stick butter
spray cooking oil
Spray 2 roasting pans with cooking oil.
In medium bowl mix bread crumbs & cheese. Cover chicken in butter.
Cover chicken in breadcrumb mixture. Place on pan. Salt & pepper both sides of the chicken.
Cover with tinfoil. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until done.
On extra pan place asparagus and top with breadcrumb mixture . Bake at 350° covered with tinfoil for 20-25 minutes or until done.
